Community Guidelines

Soulmates Club is a place to meet people and build real connections. These guidelines keep it safe and welcoming for everyone. Breaking them can lead to content removal, suspension, or a permanent ban.

Be authentic

• Use your own recent photos — no one else's images, no misleading pictures.
• One account per person. No impersonation or fake profiles.
• You must be 18 or older to be here.

Be respectful

• Treat others with kindness. No harassment, threats, hate speech, or bullying.
• Respect boundaries. "No" means no — don't pressure anyone.
• No discrimination based on race, ethnicity, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability, or similar.

Keep it safe and clean

• No nudity or sexually explicit content.
• No violence, self-harm content, or anything illegal.
• No sharing of other people's private information.

No spam or scams

• Don't ask for money, promote schemes, advertise, or send spam.
• Be wary of anyone who quickly asks to move off-platform, requests money, or seems too good to be true.

Protect minors

There is zero tolerance for any content involving minors, or for contacting anyone under 18. We remove such accounts immediately and report to the authorities where required.

Staying safe when you meet

• Chat within the app until you're comfortable.
• Meet in a public place and tell a friend where you'll be.
• Trust your instincts — you can unmatch, block, and report anytime.

Reporting

Tap the "⋯" menu on any profile or chat to report or block. Reports are reviewed and we act on violations. For emergencies, contact your local authorities. Reach us at [safety email] or via Support.
